HOURS: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Appointments

Appointments are requested for all office visits. We appreciate 24 hour advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Availability

We provide 24 hour coverage. We take pride in the fact that even if you have an emergency after hours or on a holiday, one of our doctors is available to care for you.

Reminders About Your Insurance

Commercial/Indemnity Insurance Subscribers: Payment is expected at the time of service. Fee quotes are available upon request. Please bring your health insurance ID cards.

Financial Policy

Office visits and other services are to be paid at the time of service. Exceptions are Medicare, Medicaid, No Fault, Workman's Compensation and the managed care programs with which Somerset Orthopedic Associates contracts.

The person signing our registration form is ultimately responsible for payment of the medical services rendered by the physician(s).
