department.

We combine
posture training, manual “hands on” treatment, active and resistive
exercise, balance and coordination training, aerobic conditioning,
ergonomic
counseling, and advice on lifestyle management for all of our patients. |

Louis
F. DiGiovine, PT, our director of physical therapy, is a 1980 graduate
of The University
of Medicine and Dentistry School of Physical Therapy and Kean University.

Lou is a
clinically talented therapist with 24 years of experience.
During his career, Lou has developed a subspecialty in the
evaluation and treatment of spine and shoulder pain. His experience
ranges from acute care hospitals, geriatric facilities, outpatient
orthopedics, industrial medicine, aquatic therapy, and private
office practices.
Lou was also
the founder of the Northeastern N.J. Orthopedic study group
that presented monthly lectures to area physical therapists
for approximately ten years.

He is a New Jersey
licensed Physical Therapist and currently an active member of The American
Physical Therapy Association and The North American Spine Society. Lou
is joined by a highly trained and professional staff of licensed physical
therapists. "Our
commitment to excellence in the delivery of orthopedic care is what drove
us to create our 'on-site' physical therapy facility", says the medical
director, Dr. Mingi Choi.

Somerset Orthopedic Physical Therapy, we accept Workman’s Compensation,
